Refund Policy

Returns and Exchanges:

we will accept returns and exchanges of unpersonalised items so long as we have been notified within 14 business days of purchase. 

Buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

we do not accept returns on any personalised or custom made items. however, if you contact us as soon as possible we will try and accommodate requests for alterations.  

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued on accepted return items within 14 business days from date we received your item. 

Refunds will be issued back to original form of payment. 

there will be no refunds on delivery/postage costs.
